Custom HOme Building Process

1. Location
Where do you want to live? Speak to a real estate agent about a location that meets your qualifications.

2. Budget
Start the process of reaching out to a lender or bank to get prequalified for a construction to permanent loan.

3. The Floor Plan
Meet with our team to begin the preliminary design of your floor plan. Bring any layouts, ideas, pictures or inspiration for your dream home.

4. Contracts
Once you’re happy with the design, features and price of your home, we would execute a sales contract.

5. Apply for a Loan
Reach back out to your lender to share our signed contract terms and conditions, and make the formal application for your loan.

6. Permitting
Once the loan commitment is made, TMG will begin the permit process.

7. Construction
Once permits are acquired, the construction process will begin. We’ll break ground on your new home!

8. Owner Selections
Meet again with our team to go over any final changes to layout and select all finish materials.

9. Final Walk Through
After the final inspection is completed, TMG will walk through your new home with you to go over any last punch list items. Congrats on your new home!
